1.Charlie Brown and Franz Stigler
During the World War II there were some of the cruelest events in the history of humanity, but at his side, people like the Luftwaffe pilot Franz Stigler carried out extraordinary acts of humanity .
It was December 1943 and an American forces B-17 plane was trying to return to its base, after bombing Bremen, manned by the p American iloto Charles Brown .The German pilot Franz Stigler saw the plane and headed towards him to attack and tear it down when, when approaching the apparatus he saw that he was very damaged by the anti-aircraft fire and through the glass divider to the dead gunner and the wounded crew.Instead of shooting and earning more points to get an honorary medal, I think it would be like killing cold people in defenseless blood.In an act of compassion he signaled the pilot and escorted the device enemy, led him to the North Sea where he said goodbye.
Thanks to this action, the battered plane managed to reach its base and 9 of its occupants were saved. More than 40 years later, both pilots met again and Brown showed Stigler photographs and movies of the descendants of the 9 men he saved.
2.Richard Rowland Kirk land, the angel of Marye's Heights

3.Kaiser Guillermo and Captain Campbell
During the First World War Captain Robert Campbell was captured in August 1914 by the Germans and was taken prisoner in a concentration camp.The news was that he was dying because of a cancer.Campbell decided to write to Kaiser Guillermo requesting permission to visit his sick mother .Surprisingly, the Kaiser granted it to him with the promise that once he made the visit he would return to the field.
Campbell did so.He was with his mad re for a week and then returned to the field.That yes, a while later escaped with his companions of captivity, although they were captured on the Dutch border.
