1.Open the root chakra, Muladhara

3.Open the solar plexus chakra, Manipura

Concentrate on this chakra and breathe deeply, while affirming:" I am willing to let go of my fears, I fully accept my power, I have control over the power that has given me God and I allow myself to use it in the service of light and love.”

4.Open the heart chakra , Anahata
Eat green tea, plenty of vegetables and do pranayama (breathing) exercises.It is incredible that you can open this chakra by being kind and helping others, giving love and forgiving .
A posture to open it is sitting cross-legged, both hands with the gyan mudra , the right above the solar plexus, in the lower part of the sternum, and the left on the left knee.

Breathe deeply and concentrate on this chakra.
5.Open the throat chakra, Vishudha
To reactivate it, eat many fruits; stick out your tongue, sing, read aloud, move your neck .There is a screaming therapy that is very effective: scream in a forest, in a mountain (must be an intimate place-but open-where no one hears you) or maybe underwater.
Cross your fingers inside the hands, the tips of the thumbs touch, and a circle forms.

Breathe and concentrate on the chakra.
6.Open the third eye chakra, Ajna
It's the chakra of the intuition , and to open it it is good to eat fruits such as raspberries, blueberries, grapes, blackberries...or drink red wine.Massage the eyes and the ocular nerves is perfect, as well as meditating with mandalas and drawing geometric shapes with the eyes.
The mudra to open it is the shakti mudra : with my hands on the bottom of my chest, my fingers God touch each other on the yolk (pointing forward) and the others are bent touching the first phalanx; the thumbs point at you and touch at the top.

Focus on the chakra and take a deep breath.
7.Open the crown chakra, Sahasrara
It is the chakra of our connection with the All.Fast, enjoy the aromas of aromatic herbs, meditate with mantras and breathing, relax with sounds of nature.
Put your hands in front of the stomach, cross all the fingers except the ring fingers, which will be stretched and touching at the top.The left thumb should be under the right.

Again, take a deep breath and concentrate on the chakra.
