Food has become a real problem in today's society. When years ago it was simply a necessity and ate what could be done, nowadays, in developed countries it abounds so much that it has begun to generate the opposite problem : we are supercharged .That is to say, from one extreme we have passed to another. And not only that but, associated with this excess feeding there are diseases such as megarexia that we will talk about particularly in this article.
Supercharged and deeply malnourished
There is a phrase I read not long ago, I don't remember where, nor who It was but whose content I have not been able to forget (if someone remembers who the author is and the exact phrase can post it as a contribution to the article through a comment).Such statement said something like most of the individuals in developed countries were supercharged but m starving to death..This goes to say that we eat a lot of food, which also makes us fat, but our body is starving because nothing, or little, of what we give it really serves.agree more.

Has anyone stopped to think about the terrible effort that the organism has to make to assimilate and control the sugars we eat in a simple bun? It seems that the current food industry is made for everything but to keep us healthy but that is not the issue today.
The question is that related to food there are many diseases .Some of them are well known to everyone. anorexia is one of the most brutal. In it, the patient looks obese and does not like it, even when his body becomes you find a weight very small that seriously endangers your health .
Megarexia: overweight health sign?
Well, the megarexia is the opposite disorder although it is less common. It is a disease in which the Obese people look thin and healthy .It seems that they assimilate weight with health and strength, so they do not undergo any diet or any treatment to control the excess fat that accumulates a in their bodies, compromising so seriously their health cardiovascular.

Megarexics do not do physical activity either, consequently to this lifestyle where food also abounds hypercaloric and lacking in nutrients necessary for the organism, these people may end up suffering from diseases-such as anemia-, all those associated with obesity, which are many, and also, in the worst case, the death. It seems that the mechanism of megarexia is similar to that of anorexia: people who suffer from it are not aware of the reality of their body situation .
Here is a debate interesting don't you think? What do you think is happening with the food? Why has it ended up becoming a problem and when in some places there is not enough left in others to really feed people?
