'Know yourself' or 'γνῶθισεαυτόν' , is a phrase that was written in the temple of Apollo in Delphi, it has been so long since it is impossible to know really who was the author of this aphorism (although there are many theories).

It refers to your passions, hobbies and anything that attracts your attention.You can find out by asking yourself: What did I pay attention to? What makes you curious? What do you care about? Focus and be interested in something, it makes life fun and can give you clues about your deepest passions.
Temperament
Sometimes depending on what it is that this fashion defines aspects of our personality, but in the long run these only end up getting in the way of the flow of our life, because it does not really feel like 'we'.This is what temperament refers to, they are innate preferences.
