It is impossible to see all twelve points at once .If you look at a section, you may see 4 or 5 points in the drawing, but the twelve is Impossible.According to experts, this phenomenon is due to the way our peripheral vision acts. When we focus our eyes on something that is outside the field of vision, it is blurred and it is impossible to perceive it clearly.that is extracted from this phenomenon is that the brain deceives us; what we see does not always coincide with reality.
In this case the optical effect is called Zollner's illusion . The lines are parallel but due to the small oblique segments that come out of them, we perceive them as if were inclined .The angle in which the segments are creates a sense of depth and produces the effect that some lines are closer together than the others.
Do you think that you are seeing a spiral ? Your sight has become deceived again.Follow the circles with the finger and you'll see that it's 4 concentric circles .It's incredible! This illusion was created by psychologist Baingio Pinna in 2002. Combine black and white squares that also alternate your inclination . Our brain extracts erroneous information from what it sees and believes are spirals and not circles.
This heart that seems to beat is another popular optical illusion.Produced by Archimedes Lab.Explains the autocinetic illusion or also called apparent movement .We know that it has no movement, but we cannot avoid seeing how the heart beats. To achieve this, a combination of parallel lines and others is used tapered .The effect is incredible.
